While many of us enjoy a workplace that provides life-work balance, there are some that deals with a climate that can result in emotional and physiological roller coaster. Budget cuts are common, followed by staff layoffs and increased workloads. Often times, those that are left behind are faced with seemingly insurmountable situation.
