Administrators and user management supervisors may print certificates for users by accessing the learner blue book. Also, the learner is generally required to complete the course evaluation before the certificate can be printed.
If the certificate option is not available within the learner's blue book page and no option for "Course Evaluation Required" is available the administrator certificate printing option may be turned off.
To change this setting you should complete the following steps while logged in as an administrator.
1. Go to the Settings page
2. On that page move to the second section titled "Site Level Learner Settings"
3. In that section there will be an option for "Admin Certificate Printing." If that option does not have a check mark beside it you should check the box to the left of that setting.
4. Once that has been complete, scroll to the top of the page and click "Save"
Once this change has been saved the option to print certificates will now be available from the learner's blue book page
