How do I select a Supervisor to receive Warning Email messages for a hierarchy?

Administrators and Supervisors (with User Management role) can designate a warning email recipient on the hierarchy page by clicking on the hierarchy folder on the Users>Hierarchy page, and then selecting the correct supervisor from the drop down list in the Warning Email Recipient field.

If the user you wish to designate as the Warning Email Recipient does not appear in your drop-down list, and that particular user is in your hierarchy level, this likely means that (s)he is not assigned the Supervisor role.  Please notify your Administrator who can edit the user's role and assign them the Supervisor role. On the other hand, if the user is not visible in your Supervisor's hierarchy level, your Administrator will need also need to move the user into the appropriate hierarchy folder.
