Enrolling Users in a Curriculum with Different Due Dates

When manually enrolling users in a curricula, there are two different options for the selecting the Due Date:

1.  SPECIFIC DATE
When selecting a specific date, you will assign the Due Date to all selected users.  You may use User Attributes to filter for specific users.  Users can be filtered by the following attributes:  hierarchy, location, department, job title, employment type, user category, user defined fields, and user roles.

 

2.  ASSIGN DATE INDIVIDUALLY
When selecting to assign the date individually, you will manually enter the Due Date for each user enrolled in the curriculum.  This will allow you to give each user a different due date for the curriculum.
