An Administrator can manually assign an instructor to an organizationally-owned course, event and/or event session by selecting the Instructors' name in the pull down menu found on the Course Properties tab and within a specific event session on the Instructors' pull down menu.

An Administrator can manually assign an instructor to an organizationally-owned course, event and/or event session.


Assigning an Instructor to a Course or Event:

  1. TRAINING & ENROLLMENT tab
  2. Courses & Enrollment
  3. Select Course Title (search or filter if necessary)
  4. Scroll down to Step 2 - FORMAT
  5. Select Instructor from pull-down menu

Assigning an Instructor to a specific Session:

 

  1. TRAINING & ENROLLMENT tab
  2. Courses & Enrollment
  3. Select Course Title (search or filter if necessary) - Type must be 'Event'
  4. Select 'SESSIONS' tab
  5. Select or create a session
  6. Select the Session Instructor from the pull-down menu

Note: only users with the role of Instructor will appear in the drop-down menu. Please adjust user roles on the user profiles if necessary.
