Article Summary

If the course you are trying to mark complete is a Relias Learning developed course, you may not be able to manually mark a completion for a learner.  If you cannot mark the learner as complete you will need to change a setting on your site to allow this option.  To complete this you should go to the "Settings" page and scroll to the last section titled "Miscellaneous Site Settings."  In that section you will see an option for "Disregard course override settings for marking learners complete."  If that is currently set for "Override Not Enabled" you may change it to either allow override for only administrators or both supervisors and administrators.  Once you have made this change you can scroll to the top of that page and click "Save."  It is important to note that marking a learner complete for one of our courses will cause the course to lose its accreditation for that user.  Due to this they will only be able to access the Generic Certificate for that course.

If the course you are trying to mark completed is a course your organization developed, then you will need to go to Training&Enrollment> Courses & Enrollment. Select your course or event and verify that you have the ‘Allow Override Status’ option marked 'Yes'.
