When a Learner withdrawals from an Event, the following alerts could be sent if the associated criteria is met:

  • Learner - As long as the "Learner Event Withdrawal - Learner" email template is set to approved, and the learner has a valid email address.
  • Supervisor - As long as the "Learner Event Withdrawal - Superivsor" email template is set to approved, and the supervisor has a valid email address and is set as the Warning Email Recipient for the learner's hierarchy folder.
  • Instructor - As long as the "Learner Event Withdrawal - Instructor" email template is set to approved, the Event has an instructor with a valid email address.

To check the status of an automated email alert, go to Settings > Email Templates.  Next, select the Type drop down menu and you will see the list of alerts available. By selecting an alert you will see the body of the email and if the alert is set to Approved.  If the alert is approved, then it is an active alert that will be sent when it is triggered by an associated event.
