Can I Change a Curriculum’s Due Date?

The Curriculum itself does not have a due date.  Only Courses have a due date.  To change the due date, you can go to the Learner's blue book and use the select check box and "Change Due Date" button.  Alternatively, you can go to the Enrollment page for the Course and use the select check box and the "Change Due Date" button on that page.  In either case, once you make a selection and click the "Change Due Date" button, a new dialog box will prompt you to enter the new due date and click the "Save" button to make the change effective.

First you need to know how many learners you need to change dates for, and how many courses.  This will likely put you into one of these three scenarios:

  • One learner, one or more course Due Dates to change - Use the Learner's Blue Book page
  • More than one learner, but only one or two course - Use the Course Enrollments page
  • Many learners and many courses - In this case it's best to unenroll them from the curriculum and re-enroll them.  Just be aware of any Reporting Start Date and Completion Date settings you used during the initial enrollment.
