A user who posts a discussion as a question has the ability to select helpful and correct answers. When a correct answer is selected the question is marked answered. A green star displays next to the selected correct reply and it is moved to the top of the answer list. Helpful answers are noted by a helpful tag.
To access Help Questions, click the Support tab on the navigation bar and then Help Questions
If you have a question, please search by using keywords. Most likely, someone has had the same question and the answer is already posted.
You can search by using the search box on the top of the Help Questions home tab
Points are awarded for helpful and correct answers.

- 5 points for helpful answers
Go to the Content Tab to see the entire list of answered and unanswered questions.
Answered questions have a green checkmark and Unanswered questions have a blue checkmark:
To mark an answer as Correct, simply click the Correct Answer button. To mark an answer as Helpful, click the Actions link, then select "Mark as Helpful" . You can even "LIKE" an answer
Once an answer gets marks as Helpful, a tag appears that states it was helpful:
When an answer is marked as the Correct Answer, you will see "Correct Answer" indicated with a star to the left of the answer.
