Relias allows you to create a custom certificate to use with the custom courses you create. Here are some step-by-step instructions on how to create and add a custom certificate:
I created a custom certificate for our Workplace Safety course as required by Massachusetts EOHHS, but when I look at the certificate of completion in employee files, the certificate is not showing up. I need to do a bulk print on our custom certificates in order to be in compliance with this training. Please help!
Hmmmm…this may play into one of the feature requests I made to be able to turn off the standard certificate when attaching a custom certificate. (https://rlconnect.reliaslearning.com/ideas/1554) When you attach a custom certificate to a course, it still maintains the generic certificate of completion through Relias Learning. When learners complete the course, they have to select which certificate they want to print…the generic certificate of completion or the custom certificate assigned to the course. I am not sure how this plays out in bulk printing.
I am trying to add my signature to a custom certificate however when I click the "insert signature" button is inserts the words "John Hancock" and it does not allow me to change that or copy/paste my signature into it. How do I change it to my signature?
I finished my NAB CEU class and when i click on printing the certificate it tells me i have not earned any CEU's?? Please help
I see you have the Texas LNHA license in your account.
When you go to print a certificate, on the page that displays your name/address/email, etc, please make sure you select your state/license and certificate as so:
Anything you see with the NHA option will give you CEUs.
However, not everything you take qualifies for CEUs, but you have a substantial amount. Use the filters on your transcript tab to filter out your non-qualifying CEU hours.
Simply select the All Licenses &Certificates option and select your license at the top
