Employee Training Summary
This report is designed to provide you with module completions for all Learners within a specific date range. You would use this report if you wanted to view how many credit hours had been earned for a specific module in the past year.
If you have not already reviewed the training materials on Functions Common to Most Reports please do so before continuing with this report.
Section 1: Filter By Hierarchy allows you to filter your report based on hierarchy levels. If you wish to run the report for all Learners, leave this field blank.
Section 2: Filter By Courses allows you to filter and run the report for an individual module or group of modules. To add a module, click on the "Add Module(s)" button. In the new window that appears, check the boxes next to the names of the modules that you wish to run the report for and click the "Add" button. To run the report for all courses, leave Section 2 blank.
Section 3: Filter by User Attributes allows you to filter which Learners will be included on the report. To run the report for all Learners, leave these fields blank.
Section 4: Report Output allows you to specify the Completion Date Range for the report.
Below is a sample report run for completions between 10/1/2014 and 12/31/2014. The following data will appear on the report:
- Completion Date of the module
- Class Name - Module Title
- Instructor (if no instructor is associated with the module this column will be blank)
- Hours - This is the credit hours for the module
- Count - This is the count of how many Learners have completed the module during the date range entered
- Total - This is the total credit hours earned for the module during the date range chosen
Please note: If a module was completed on more than one date, you will see the module listed on multiple rows in the report.
On the bottom row of the report you will see three totals. The first total is the sum of all credit hours for module(s) completed during the date range entered. The second total is the sum of the number of times the module(s) was/were completed during the date range entered. The third total is the sum of all credit hours earned by Learners who completed the modules during the date range entered.
