Current Enrollment Status
This report allows you to view the compliance data for currently assigned modules grouped by the specific demographic filter(s) that you choose. This report is best used to find out, as of this moment, exactly how many Learners in a department have not completed a specific requirement, but are not yet past their due date.
For purposes of this report, a Learner is considered compliant if he/she is not yet past the due date for a given enrollment. Learners are considered non-compliant if they have passed their due date without completing their requirement.
If you have not already reviewed the training materials on Functions Common to Most Reports please do so before continuing with this report.
Section 1: Filter By Hierarchy allows you to filter your report based on hierarchy levels. If you wish to run the report for all Learners, leave this field blank.
Section 2: Filter By Courses allows you to filter and run the report for an individual module or group of modules. To add a module, click on the "Add Module(s)" button. In the new window that appears, check the boxes next to the names of the modules that you wish to run the report for and click the "Add" button. To run the report for all courses, leave Section 2 blank.
Section 3: Filter by User Attributes allows you to filter which Learners will be included on the report. To run the report for all Learners, leave these fields blank.
Section 4: Report Output will allow you to choose how your report is grouped as well as give you the choice to add optional columns. Because this report only looks at the current enrollments, a date range is not relevant. You can choose to group your report by Departments, User Locations, Job Titles, Employment Types, or User Categories.
Finally, you will have the option to add a column for Username and/or Course Code to your report.
After creating your customized report, click the "Run Report" button. Below you will see an example of a Current Enrollment Status Report grouped by Departments. To see the results of specific modules assigned to that department, click the "+" next to the department name. Please note that each department is listed on a separate page of the report.
Furthermore, if you would like to see the specific results for all Learners in the chosen department for one particular module, click on the module title. This will bring up an additional window with Learners from that department who are enrolled into that module, and a "Yes" if he/she is compliant, and "No" if he/she is non-compliant. Additionally, clicking on a Learner's name in this new window will take you to his or her individual transcript.
