Previewing a Module as an Administrator

Previewing a module is a great way to see exactly what it will look like to your Learners before assigning it.  To preview a module with the Administrator role, click Training & Enrollment tab (1) > Modules & Enrollment (2) > locate the module you wish to preview by Searching For Module > click on the title of the module (3).2015-09-22_17-11-49.png

This will take you to the Properties page for that module.  From there, click the Content tab:

On the Content page, click the blue Preview button (1) to begin previewing the course.  You can also print a Module Transcript under Transcript File (2) if one is available for that module:

On the Preview Page, you will be able to access all available course lessons.  Click the "Start" to begin previewing the module.

Please Note:
while in preview mode, you will not be able to access the final exam or evaluation associated with any modules.  If you wish to access these portions of the course, you can enroll yourself into the module as a Learner.  You can exit preview mode by clicking "Back".

Previewing a Module as a Supervisor

Supervisors with the Module Enrollment Management permission can also preview modules.  You can see User Permissions (Roles) by going to Users and clicking on that Learner's name.
User Roles 
To preview a module with the Supervisor role, click Training & Enrollment and then click Modules & Enrollment on the left.  Locate the course you wish to preview by Searching For Modules.  Then, click on the Blue Graduate icon to the right of the module title you wish to preview:

This will take you to the Currently Enrolled section of that module's Enrollment section.  Click the Preview button in the top right corner:

On the Preview page, you will be able to access all available course lessons.  Click "Start" to begin previewing the course.
