Hey I can only get to LMS Relias through my personal e-mail. My sharepoint entry at clinic has been cut off and does not allow my access. Please HELP. I use these modules all the time for not only required CMG but for my credentialing. MUST HAVE Marianne Ripper, TSC York Metro

Can I set this up as a recurring requirement? I would like to upload professional licenses and have the requirement show up as "to be completed" when the professional license expires.
You can set this up to recur by adding it to a curriculum!
I can't even get into Relias through my work computer. I must go through my personal email address. It is saying I don't have access.
Well that's strange! What happens when you access it through work?
It states I don't have access. My password for share point has been eliminated when my computer was changed from Interim PD back to TSC along with no CMG email. IT wiped me out.
Marianne, I'm not sure I can help with that one, sadly. It sounds like you may need to have your IT folks look at your setup again.
Is there a way to add different expiration days for each learners CPR card? If so will this then alert the user and administrator when they are due?
Hi Jamie! That's a good question! You'll need to assign the CPR Requirements Tracker in a curriculum, then make the curriculum recur dynamically for 2 years (CPR is 2 years, right?) after the last completion. Your warning emails for courses coming due will come to the person assigned in the hierarchy folder to receive them (typically the Supervisor). However, you can set up an automated Course Completion History report (select "Not Completed" in section 4) to tell you anyone who is coming due in the next month and have that report send to the Administrator!

So we use Tracker Modules at our .org to record/store certificates for Learners who complete state required courses on external websites. But we are having problems in that Learners are confused on how to reach the external site. We put instructions and the link to the site in the Course Details but it is not formatted properly-the text and link are all jumbled together. This despite the fact it is perfectly formatted with colors and bold text when we create it as an administrator. Sooooo, we thought we could use the Module Association feature and create some content that would provide instructions on what the Learner should do. Then we create a second URL module that they simply click the Start button and go to the link. Sounds good right? It does sound good but we can't get it to work! We create the two modules to associate, add them to the Tracker but the Learners cannot see the Associated Modules! We cannot find any documentation that explains this...

We are using this to track an online training where before paper certificates were sent over to HR. BUT, when the certificates are uploaded, and the notification that the supervisor has been notified pops up, days/weeks later the item is still "incomplete" in the curriculum. How do I fix this? It is confusing users who know they completed it, but now it is overdue and still saying it is incomplete...
Edit: I know I can mark it as complete, but I would really love to know how to set it up for this to complete itself and not have me come back around and double check everything...

In our organization, we use Trackers as well to record completions of training from external web sites. We ask that the Learner upload the certificate and then notify us to mark complete. We then verify the correct certificate is uploaded and mark the Learner complete. I personally would not like to see an automatic completion given after an upload as we sometimes have folks upload the wrong certificate or document. I would like to see an Administrator notified as well as the Supervisor so we can record the completion. It would be nice to have settings available that allow Admins the ability to turn such features on or off.
Yes! That would be great. My issue is I am not informed when a certificate is uploaded and many of the supervisors are not marking the item as complete and the users complain to me! Thanks for that suggestion. I would love that!
Also, if Relias provided the ability to run a report showing uploaded items that are not marked complete, that would be awesome and save a lot of frustration!!

Run assigned but not completed reports. This may already be possible and I have been too busy to figure it out!
