Module is the Relias name for any form of content that a Learner can access online, as well as any training record they can be enrolled into for tracking purposes and/or for which their attendance can be recorded or completion marked. Your Relias site likely includes a number of modules created by Relias in a library specific to your organization. You can find these pre-made modules by Searching For Modules, but Relias also gives you the ability to create your own modules. For example, you might create your own module outlining your HR Policies and Procedures.
To create your own modules, click Training & Enrollment > Modules & Enrollment > +New Module.
This will give you a pop-up window allowing you to select which Module Type you wish to create:
