Observer Dashboard Overview

Upon logging into the RLMS, you will be taken to your dashboard, or Home page.  If your User Permissions (Roles) include Observer, your Dashboard will look similar to the Dashboard shown below.  This should display any Skills Checklists for which you have been listed as an Approved Observer.  If you are assigned to many Skills Checklists, you can use the filters to narrow down your search.

As an Observer, you can record observations and give Learners credit for completing the Skills Checklist requirements.  For more information on recording observations, please view Skills Checklists - Recording Observations

Additional Dashboard Areas

Along the right side of your dashboard, you may have several additional areas including Announcements, My Saved Reports, News, and Prescriber's Letter. Depending on your site settings, these areas may vary.

Announcements will provide important information and updates from your organization.  To read an announcement, click on the title.  Announcements are created and updated by your Relias Administrator(s).

My Saved Reports will provide quick access to any reports you have saved.  To run the report, just click on the title.  You may only save reports if you also hold Supervisor: Reports Management and/or Administrator role.  To learn more about saved reports, please see Saving a Report.

Newsfeed is a feed of current events in your field.  To read the full article, click on the title.  Your Relias Administrator(s) may choose to have this feature on or off for your site.

Prescriber's Letter is a resource offered by Relias for learners who are writing prescriptions.  Prescribers can view the database available and obtain Continuing Medical Education (CMEs) by clicking on the Prescriber's Letter link.  Your Relias Administrator(s) may choose to have this feature on or off for your site.
