Understanding the Dashboard: Data Entry Role

Data Entry Dashboard Overview

Upon logging into the RLMS, you will be taken to your dashboard, or Home page.  If your User Permissions (Roles) include Data Entry, your Dashboard will look similar to the Dashboard shown below.


Data Entry users are able to record observations for any Skills Checklist that is in use within your organization.  Simply use the filters to search for the desired module, then click the Enrollment button to the right of the Skills Checklist to log completions.  View the Skills Checklists - Recording Observations article to give you more information on recording observations.




Additional Dashboard Areas

Along the right side of your dashboard, you may have several additional areas including Announcements, My Saved Reports, and News.


Announcements will provide important information and updates from your organization.  To read an announcement, click on the title.  Announcements are created and updated by your Relias Administrator(s).



My Saved Reports will provide quick access to any reports you have saved on your account.  To run the report, just click on the title.  You may only save reports if you also hold Supervisor: Reports Management or Administrator role. To learn more about saved reports, please see Saving a Report.



Newsfeed is a feed of current events in your field.  To read the full article, click on the title.  Your Relias Administrator(s) may choose to have this feature on or off for your site.
