Relias Connect is an social community. While in Connect, Learners, Administrators, and Supervisors can: share ideas, ask questions, start discussions, contact Relias Support, or browse and read articles on topics that interest them. If you are new to Connect, we recommend visitingConnect FAQs To access Connect, please make sure you are logged into your RLMS site first, in your primary role. Connect is a single sign on entity, meaning you will need to log in from the RLMS each time, but you will only be asked to verify your identity once.
From the RLMS, click the Relias Connect icon located at the bottom of the left-hand navigation.
Every Learner, Administrator, Supervisor, Instructor, Data Entry and Observer will have a Connect profile created upon first time logging in to Connect. Users with permission levels greater than a Learner (e.g., Administrators) have access to more content on Connect than a Learner does, specifically access to the Support Portal.
Help and Support Portal
Once inside the Support Portal, there are number of different ways to contact Relias Support or find helpful information.
Learner Support Portal - This contains helpful troubleshooting guides, along with download links, browser help pages, and operating system help pages. This is meant to assist you with any obstacles you may encounter while navigating the site, or taking any Relias courses.
This is also accessible by anyone, regardless of whether they are logged into Connect or not.
Administrator Support Portal and Training Calendar - This portal is restricted to Relias Site Administrators & Supervisors.
- Federal and State Crosswalks: Located under the Help&Support tab, this allows you to print off the most updated crosswalks, which suggest compatible Relias modules that may meet your organization's Federal and State regulatory requirements. Broken down into PAC/Therapy/Long Term Care and then IDD/HHS, on either page, please download the Excel sheet from Connect to access the link. If you do not see what you need, please do not hesitate to reach out to Support or to the Help Questions.
- How to Manual: : Click The How-To-Manual to access a library of articles written about the Relias Management System.
- Help Questions: Click Help Questions to answer questions asked by the community, or ask one yourself! A good way to reach the Relias Support team or share best practices with your peers is to Ask a Question. By entering information into this field and clicking 'Post' your question will be added to Help Questions where other Connect users, as well as Relias Support, can respond to your question. Please do not post personal information here such as your phone number as this is an open forum.
- Video Training: Click Video Training to access recorded Webinars and Video Tutorials. We are always adding new training - if there is something you think we need to add, please let us know!
- Feature & Content Requests: Click Submit an Idea to create a new feature/content request for Relias and to vote on active requests.
- Learner Support: Click Learner Support to access how-to guides suitable for Learners. Commonly requested items are housed here to help your Learners navigate the RLMS.
- Contact Support: By clicking the "Support Chat" link, you will have access to live assistance from the Relias Support team. A new window will launch redirecting you to the chat landing page. You'll see a 'Click Here' button that will connect you to a Support Consultant. Listed below are alternative contact methods and information on Support hours. You can also submit a case via Support Webform, which can be used after hours or on weekends.
- Relias Platform Training: You can refer to the training calendar for a schedule of upcoming training opportunities, all 1 hour sessions. A must for new Admins or Supervisors to the Relias Platform, or those just needing a refresher. Click a topic that you're interested in learning about on a date that suits your schedule. Once on the new page, you'll see a green 'Register Here' button that will bring you to the WebEx meeting information. Click 'Register' and fill out the required information. These topics rotate 1-2 times monthly , so if you missed the session, dont worry, it will roll around again! These are held live, with Q&A opportunities throughout the training and Q&A session at the conclusion of the hour.
- Product Release Information: Click here to access Release Notes from previous months, along with new product and course release notifications. Check this out periodically to see all updates and changes coming to the Relias Platform.

- Help & Support: Click Support to access the Relias Support & Training. Please note that Learners have limited access to this tab and its contents. The Learner Support Portal is a Help &Support page accessible to anyone, regardless of User Role and is available without being logged into Connect. It displays troubleshooting help and guidelines to assist you when you experience issues with our site, our courses, browser functionality, and device limitations.
- RLMS Tutorial Videos: Video Tutorials for the Relias Platform, designed to help you learn and navigate the most basic functions if you are an Administrator or Supervisor. These are convenient and short video blasts, designed for beginners in the RLMS or anyone who wishes to refresh their skills. This is available to anyone regardless of User Role and also available without logging into Connect.
- RLMS How-To-Manual: Click The Relias Platform (RLMS) How-To-Manual to access a library of articles written about the Relias Learning Management System. You can search using the drop-down box for our most popular topics, but a detailed index is also available in the drop down.
- Webinars & Training: Industry specific topics and professional development Relias Webinars. A look back at last year's Relias Learning Events- Impact Nation 2017 and also a look ahead at what next year's Impact Nation Conference Oct 2-4, 2018 | Relias has to offer. - Name, Notifications & Search: The bell icon is where you can find your Connect notifications. Click the arrow next to your name to edit your profile and access the Relias Store. You can use the magnifying glass to do a keyword search of articles and users across the entire Relias Connect site.
- Ask Your Question: From here you can reach the Relias Support team and ask questions that couldn't be answered through use of the How To Manual. By entering your keywords into the "Ask Your Question" field and clicking 'Ask It!', your question will search all related articles and questions that relate to your inquiry. If you do decide to create a question of your own then it will be posted to the Help Questions tab where other Connect users can respond to your question.
