Competency Review Detail

This report allows you to view Competency Review scores for specific Learners, and have the total Competency Review score broken down by the individual score received per standard.

If you have not already reviewed the training materials on Functions Common to Most Reports please do so before continuing with this report.

Section 1: Filter By Hierarchy allows you to filter your report based on hierarchy levels. If you wish to run the report for all Learners, leave section 1 blank.

Section 2: Filter By Competency Review allows you to filter and run the report for an individual review, or group of reviews. To add a Competency Review, click on the "+ Add Competency Reviews" button. In the new window that appears, check the boxes next to the names of the reviews that you wish to run the report for and click the "Add" button. To run the report for all reviews, leave Section 2 blank.

Section 3: Filter by User Attributes allows you to filter which Learners will be included on the report. To run the report for all Learners, leave these fields blank.

Section 4: Report Output will allow you to set the final parameters for how your report will run.

Competency Review Status: First, you will choose if you wish to run the report for only Completed, Not Completed or All Competency Reviews (both passed and failed attempts).

Display each learner on a separate page?: Choose Yes if you would like to see each Learner on a separate page (this will make for a longer report), or choose No if you wish to view all of your Learners together.

Select Learners (multi-picker): Choose the Learner(s) you wish to view in the report's output.  You can choose one, multiple, or even leave it blank to select all Learners.

Please Note: The Learners available in this list will be dependent on the person running the report and the permissions that they have.  One user may have fewer names available than another based on hierarchy, permissions, etc.

Date Type: Next, you will set the Date Type and Date Range desired. You can choose Date Type "Completed" to show results for reviews completed within a certain time frame or "Due Date Range" to show results for reviews with due dates that fall within the range you choose. (Note: If running for Date Type "Due Date Range" be sure to expand your end date out to encompass the due due of the module for which you wish to view results).

Optional Columns: You can choose to include additional columns to your report if you would like to see more information.

Below is an example of a Competency Detail Report run for one Competency Review.  Please Note: The ( + ) sign to the left of some of the Learners' names has been expanded to see their specific results from the Review.  You must click the ( + ) sign in order to see more detailed information; without clicking the button, you will see each Learner's overall score.
