Competency Tracker Export

 If you are not familiar with Functions Common to Most Reports   please visit that article before continuing. 



The Competency Tracker Export will allow users with the correct reporting permissions at both the organization level and the individual Competency Tracker module level to:

  • Export completed evaluator reviews into pdf copies
  • Export completed learner-self reviews into pdf copies


Section 1: Filter By Hierarchy allows you to filter your report based on hierarchy levels. If you wish to run the report for all Learners, leave this field blank.




Section 3: Filter by User Attributes allows you to filter which learners will be included on the report. To run the report for all Learners, leave these fields blank.



Section 4: Report Output allows you to set the final parameters for your report. For this report, you can choose to include learner self-evaluations & Final Competency Trackers, Final Competency Trackers only, or Learner Self-Evaluations Only. You can then select the individual Learners' names (All are selected by default), and select the date range that the review was completed.


Below is an sample of a Competency Tracker export:

*Please Note: This report will show a list of ALL reviews for ALL Learners who match the parameters you set for this report.  The example below is only showing one Competency Tracker due to size restrictions.
