I have two accounts. Can they be combined?

Separate LMS accounts may be combined, but you’ll need our help. Please chat with us to provide information about the two accounts, and we’ll take care of this for you.

 

I changed facilities. Do I need a new account?

As long as the facility you are moving to has a contract with us, your Education & Training Department can “move” your existing LMS account to the new facility. All of the certificates that you’ve earned will move with you!

 

My last name has changed. How do I change it?

To change your name, simply log in and click the “My Profile” tab. Edit the information and click the “update” link at the bottom of the page.

 

I don’t see my “discipline” listed.

Don’t worry. If you do not see your specific profession in the list. Please select a discipline as close as possible to your profession. We only need this information so that we can display accreditation information pertaining to the Continuing Education courses.

 

Which email address should I enter?

Only one email address may be associated with an account. You may receive emails regarding new online training assignments and confirmations of live training events, so be sure to enter an email address that you check often for work-related training.

 

I received a message that says my email is already in use.

Most likely, this indicates that you have an existing account within the Swank LMS.  Please contact your manager or someone in your Education & Training Department to look into this issue for you.  If you're unable to contact someone within your organization, please feel free to chat with us.

 

Do you need my Social Security Number?

No. We do not need your SSN. If you are a soldier in the Army, Army Guard or Army Reserve, you may wish to enter your SSN so that records of your completed training are sent to DTMS and/or MODS; however, this is optional. Instead of entering your SSN, you may provide copies of your certificates to the appropriate individuals at your facility to be entered manually.
