Are my completions reported to DTMS?

If you are an Army soldier, please check your LMS profile to make sure you have entered your Social Security Number. If you prefer not to provide your SSN, print or scan your certificates and turn them into your training manager for manual entry.

Will my records transfer when I move to a new facility?

If you are moving to a new facility under contract with Relias, your LMS account may be moved to the new location. Otherwise, be sure to save or print your certificates.

I’m in Pharmacy. What is an eProfile ID?

The National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP) requires Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians to report credits electronically rather than submit paper certificates. The CPE Monitor System is the repository of the eProfile data and CE credits, and reports CPE verification to state boards on behalf of participants by referencing an eProfile ID number. CPE Monitor allows you to electronically keep track of CPE credits from ACPE-accredited providers, such as Health.edu. To view and track your credits, you must first set up an NABP e-Profile, obtain your NABP e-Profile ID, and register for CPE Monitor. You can get started here: http://www.nabp.net/cpe-monitor-service/.
