Current Training Plan Compliance

This report shows training plan compliance status for actively assigned training plan. If any of the modules within a particular training plan are out of compliance, the entire training plan is considered out of compliance.  A good sample case for this report would be if your organization is facing an audit and needs a quick overview of which departments are out of compliance on core requirements.

For purposes of this report, a Learner is considered compliant if he/she is not yet past the due date for a given enrollment.  Learners are considered non-compliant if he/she has passed the due date without completing the requirement.

If you have not already reviewed the training materials on Functions Common to Most Reports please do so before continuing with this report.

Section 1: Filter By Hierarchy allows you to filter your report based on hierarchy levels. If you wish to run the report for all Learners, leave this field blank.

Section 2: Filter by Training Plan allows you to choose the training plan that you wish to report on.  If you want to run the report for more than one training plan, hold down the Ctrl key on your keyboard and select multiple plans.  If you wish to see results for all training plans, leave section 2 blank.

 

Section 3: Filter by User Attributes allows you to filter which Learners will be included on the report.  To run the report for all Learners, leave these fields blank.

Section 4: Report Output allows you to set additional parameters to run the report.  Since this report runs based on the current training plan enrollments, date range is not relevant.  First, you will choose how you would like your report to group the results: By Department, User Location, Job Title, Employment Type, or User Category.

Next, you will decide whether or not to include historical non-recurring training plan records.  This setting refers to whether or not you wish to view compliance for non-recurring training plans completed in the past.  For example, if you have a New Hire Orientation training plan that a Learner completed 2 years ago, choosing to include those historical records will pull that Learner's compliance on this report.  If you wish to only see compliance for a non-recurring training plan that appears on the Learner's Current Training tab at the time you are running the report, you will want to un-check this setting.

Finally, you will also have the option to add a column for Username on your report.

Once you have set the parameters for your report, scroll to the top of the page and click the "Run Report" button. Below you will see an example of a Current Training Plan Compliance report grouped by departments and run for the All Staff Annual Training Requirements Training Plan.

You can see more detailed results by clicking on the "+" next to the particular department you wish to view.  You can then click on the name of the training plan you wish to view, which will bring up a new window with the enrolled Learners' names, as well as whether or not they are compliant for that plan. 

For even more detailed information for one Learner, you can click on the Learner's name which will re-direct you to that Learner's transcript page.
