What are PATHS?

Relias PATHS are a type of training plan designed to benchmark, increase, and retain specific competencies. Relias PATHS is the science based methodology for prescribed learning to provide the best learning experiences that aim to improve outcomes for your organization. The utilization of Paths are a great way to assess and address knowledge gaps amongst staff. Each Path comes with a pre-assessment and post-assessment used to gauge Learner knowledge as well as a set of prescribed modules to strengthen the Learner's skillset. You can find Paths on your Training Plan List by using the 'All Types' filter.

While Paths are Relias built, you do have the ability to Modify Path Due Dates and Manually Enrolling Learners in a Path

If your organization does not yet have this feature, please see our RLMS Upgrades page for more information.
