Course Enrollments

The Detailed View of this report allows you to view each Learner's status (Not Started, In Progress, or Completed) on an individual module for specific module attempts.  The Summary View of this report shows you the number and percentage of Learners enrolled in individual modules by major filters.  An example of when to use this report is, if you need to know which Learners haven't started an assigned training.

If you have not already reviewed the training materials on Functions Common to Most Reports please do so before continuing with this report.

You will access this report under Reports >

Section 1: Filter By Hierarchy allows you to filter your report based on hierarchy levels.  If you wish to run the report for all Learners, leave this field blank.

Section 2: Filter By Courses allows you to filter and run the report for an individual module or group of modules.  To add a module, click on the "Add Module(s)" button.  In the new window that appears, check the boxes next to the names of the modules that you wish to run the report for and click the "Add" button.  To run the report for all courses, leave Section 2 blank.

Section 3: Filter by User Attributes allows you to filter which Learners will be included on the report.  To run the report for all Learners, leave these fields blank.

Section 4: Report Output will allow you to set the final parameters for your report.

In the Instance field you will choose if you would like the report to run for an "Individual," or most recent instance of a module enrollment, or if you would like the report to show "All" instances for a particular module.  This is important for Learners who may have several instances of a module on their transcript due to enrollment through a recurring training plan.

Lastly under View, you will choose "Summary" or "Detailed" view.  Summary will show you which departments, job titles, locations, or user defined fields are most actively using modules that you have selected.  You can also run the report in a Detailed format which will show a more thorough view broken down by each Learner.

Once you have customized your report filters, scroll to the top of the page and click "Run Report." Below you will find an example of the Course Enrollments Report run for Summary View and Detailed View.
