The addition of the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential has added an extra layer of protection for recipients of ABA services by working to standardize the training and supervision requirements for those staff. This change represents the increasing professionalism and maturity of the ABA field and is a positive development for ABA. However, implementation it can be cumbersome. Providers must adjust their training programs to align with the new requirements.

During this webinar we will:

  • See an analysis of one training method used across a wide variety of staff members and BCBAs
  • Review the necessary training components
  • Identify next steps for their own practice
