Translating organizational goals into measurable outcomes is a significant undertaking for most hospitals and health systems. The shift to value-based payment models only increases the necessity of achieving system-wide initiatives – without engaging physicians and providers across the organization, success is unlikely.
Effectively driving change involves allocating individual responsibility to team members and service lines based on relevant performance insights. Identifying and sharing how each individual is contributing to performance improvement empowers providers to take ownership and effect positive clinical and financial outcomes.

Join us on Wednesday, May 30 to hear from Dr. Marc Chasin and Kim Froehlich, MSN, RN, NEA-BC as they share their perspectives on how provider engagement leads to measurable performance improvement.
Please note: this webinar is a free event, and no CEUs or certificates of participation are provided. All registrants will receive a copy of the recorded webinar and slides if you cannot attend the live event.
