Justin Hess received his Masters of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University and is currently pursuing his doctorate in the same discipline. He has almost 10 years of experience in working with organizations for the purposes of assessment, selection, training, organizational and leadership development, and project management. In these roles, he has directly hired and developed over 85 internal personnel, while also acting as a liaison and directing projects for over 100 external personnel. In the realm of learning, Justin has taught university courses on talent, staffing, and selection, and he has reviewed, managed, or written content for over 400 e-learning courses.



Leslie Jeffries, MSN, BSN, RN
Director of Clinical Solutions, Clinical Content & Assessment


Leslie is a master's prepared, 22-year veteran to the nursing profession, including experience in critical care, telemetry, nursing management, clinical operations, informatics and regulatory consulting for the healthcare staffing industry. The past nine years have been fruitful under her leadership, including the creation of over 80 content valid pre-employment assessments for nursing and allied healthcare specialties. Such assessments have supported healthcare employer efforts in the selection of qualified candidates for open positions, with well over 500,000 administrations through an  platform. Domain expertise has allowed Leslie to assist clients in HR compliance with Department of Labor regulations, and determine how pre-employment assessments can best augment holistic hiring practices.
