Carol Clayton, PhD
Dr. Clayton is a licensed, practicing psychologist with 30 years of healthcare experience in the public and private sector, including non-profit and private practice work. She currently works as the Translational Neuroscientist for Relias. Prior to its acquisition by Relias, Dr. Clayton served as the CEO of Care Management Technologies, a health IT data analytics company. Previously, she served as the Executive Director for the North Carolina Council of Community MH/DD/SA Programs, a nonprofit corporation representing public MH/DD/SA service organizations. She began her career as a psychologist at a local NC state psychiatric facility followed by leading regional public community health child and family services under a capitated Medicaid waiver in NC. Dr. Clayton also served as the Executive Director of Magellan Health Services for the South Atlantic states of North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Georgia. She has broad public and private sector management and leadership experience.
Rola Aamar, PhD, LMFTA
Clinical Effectiveness Consultant - Behavioral Health
Rola Aamar, PhD, LMFTA is currently the clinical effectiveness consultant at Relias for behavioral health, bringing her clinical and operational knowledge of integrated care, data analytics, and behavioral healthcare to support client use of analytics to improve clinical performance and patient health. In this role, she provides clinically-informed, data-driven consulting to clients to promote performance improvement. Rola began her career as a behavioral health clinician in integrated care working with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop comprehensive treatment programs for comorbid chronic health and mental health condition. Rola completed her PhD at Texas Tech University, where she focused her clinical research on the importance of treatment alliance between patients and healthcare providers to address treatment attrition and treatment adherence. Prior to Relias, she developed and managed integrated care programs in primary care clinics, specialty clinics, community health centers, schools, and hospitals.
Kristi McClure, LCSWProduct Marketing Manager BH/CYF and CH
Kristi McClure, LCSW has over 20 years of experience in the health and human service industry, the first ten years working as a direct practitioner with children, adolescents, and adults in both outpatient and residential/inpatient settings. Kristi joined Relias in 2005 as head of implementation and since that time has worked in product management, course development, marketing and as CEU Director. In her time with Relias, she has taught hundreds of clients how to set up and use the learning management system and courses, conducted webinars, and authored training, product, and marketing materials. She managed all the courses and product libraries that serve mental health, addiction, community health, human services and children, youth and family providers. She is currently the Product Marketing Manager for the Health and Human Services market.
