More than one-third of people over the age of 65 fall each year. Fewer than half notify their healthcare provider when a fall occurs because they are afraid of falling. However, older adults who fall once are two to three times more likely to fall again. This webinar will provide you with practical interventions to reduce falls and hospital readmissions.

Attend this webinar to:
  • Identify risk factors for falling in older adults
  • Discuss best practices and practical interventions to reduce falls
  • Learn where to find educational resources for staff, family and caregivers

This webinar is brought to you in partnership with McKesson and Relias.

Please note: this webinar is a free event, and no CEUs or certificates of participation are provided. All registrants will receive a copy of the recorded webinar and slides if you cannot attend the live event.
