How do I add an instructor without creating a new training?

Thank you for contacting Relias Support. I will be happy to assist today. As an Administrator with your organization you are able to assign user permission roles to anyone at your organization. You can assign someone the Instructor permission role by:
-Selecting your Users tab
-Selecting the users name that needs the Instructor role
-On the right hand side of their user profile you will see where it says "Role" and here the different roles are listed that you are able to assign. You can then check the box next to Instructor and save it and then that user will have that permission role.
