What do these mean and how are they different?
Supervisor, Report Management (R) - Permits Supervisor to run Reports on Learner status and activity for only Learners in the same hierarchy level and those below.
Supervisor, Enrollment Management (E) - Permits Supervisor to have both Curriculum Enrollment Management (C) and Module Enrollment Management (M) for all learners in the same hierarchy level and those below.
Supervisor, Curriculum (now "Training Plans") Enrollment Management (C) - Permits Supervisor to enroll and unenroll learners from curricula (learners in the same hierarchy level and those below).
Supervisor, Module Enrollment Management (M) - Permits Supervisor to enroll, unenroll, mark complete, and change due dates on all modules (Learners in the same hierarchy and those below).
Supervisor, User Management (U) - Permits Supervisor to add new Learners to the system and activate or de-activate Learners. Supervisor may also manage assignment and un-assignment of Learners to or from that Supervisor's hierarchy level as well as to or from any related sub-levels.
For Supervisors with multiple letters, it means they have multiple privileges.

How can these options be set WITHOUT using the IUSS?
