I'm trying to enroll an employee into a course however the employee's enrollment is in queue. I don't recall having these issues in the past. Can you assist?
Hi Krystal, Sometimes we do experience a bit of a delay for some enrollments occasionally. We did hear of an enrollment delay yesterday for users getting enrolled and sitting in enrollment queued. It typically doesn't take much longer than a couple minutes but sometimes can take a little longer depending on the system. As long as the system shows enrollment queued they have been correctly enrolled and should fall into the correct training as soon as the queue ends! Have a great day!
