I have had several staff who are not receiving emails from Relias when training is due. I have looked into their individual accounts and their email addresses are correct. However, when I sent a email (either through Reports or individually through the user profile) and have a copy sent to me, only I receive the alert. I have contacted our IT department and they don't even show the email from Relias to the user being sent to our server, only the copy. It's not being blocked on our end. It doesn't even appear to be coming to the user at all. Any thoughts?
