Staff Turnover

We need to do something to reduce staff turnover at our facility.  What a large issue to tackle.  I am looking for some success stories.  What have you implemented?  What has worked and what has not?  We have just created a Mentorship Program for our CNA's and Nurses which will be implemented after the chosen Mentors are trained in April.  Does anyone have this program in place?  With new employees, we follow up with them every week for a month, then every month for 6 months. We do this in-person on all shifts.  Thank you for your in put.   Susan
