Just wanted to let you know about the upcoming 21 day meditation challenge. I am going to do this. It starts on Monday. I am sharing this with the two of you in case you are interested. Of course you don’t have to do this, but if you do, you might find that you are less anxious, sleeping better, feeling more energized, and see the world more like Tiger and less like Eeyore (Winnie the Poo reference). LOL. Anyway, a little meditation never hurts and it always goes a long way. Enjoy!
