Just got done attending a staff meeting. I would say it was productive. Staff was able to voice concerns and were able to learn about changes coming. Like everything we don't always agree or like changes. I'm still learning the ropes in the department but I'll get to learn along with everyone else about the changes and how to implement them. Productivity was the main concern in regards to implementing the change. Majority of the 38 staff members have only been here ranging from 4 months to a year and a half. I've heard many say that they will be leaving soon. I hope to learn as much as I can from them.
