"To be aware of one shortcoming in oneself is better than to be aware of one thousand in someone else."

It's easy to look around and identify others' shortcomings. I invite you to look in the mirror and think about the shortcomings of the person facing you.  Shortcomings provide room for self-improvement, but they must first be realized and accepted by oneself as a weakness. Granted, for some it's easy to identify their shortcomings, but in my experience those are the individuals that use the shortcoming as a crutch to support an ongoing behavior.  I'd like to challenge YOU to DO something to improve on one shortcoming.  Ready to accept this challenge?

Pull out your mirror and take a good look today.

Make it a great day!
