Just a quick post to share with everyone what has floated to the top of my reading pile. I don't know if you are like me, but let me loose in a bookstore or library (yes, I am old-fashioned and NEED to FEEL the book in my hands), and you're likely not to see me emerge for hours. Usually I'm carrying a rather large stack of books that I can't wait to devour. The stack gets dispersed among different rooms in the house, so a book is always at hand. Typically I have at least three going at once.
On a recent trip to my local library, I found a great read Triggers: Creating Behavior That Lasts--Becoming the Person You Want to Be by Marshall Goldsmith. While it started out as a quest for self-improvement, it has ended with me reading and taking notes like I'm back in college. I love Marshall Goldsmith's style and am planning on using this book as reference for developing an in-service training. I don't know what form it will take, but it has my juices following and I just wanted to share my find with you.
What good reads have you found lately? I'm always looking for recommendations. Let's use the goodread
