This is our annual employee evaluation time and I was curious to see what others would choose as their preferred evaluation time-frame/type. We require all supervisors to evaluate their employees based on the fiscal year. There is a regular discussion regarding if it should be based on hire date or if we should have evaluations every 6 months. In addition, we used to use self-evaluations prior to the supervisor's comments. And then there is the 360 evaluation. Everytime I turn around there is another way of doing this, but now I'm curious to see what those in this community would choose.
