How far in advance are customers notified that courses will be archived?

Customers are notified in the RLMS, customer release notes, and through the alerts feature in Care2Learn that courses will be archived 30 days or more before the archive will occur. Course archives are based on course usage and relevance as well as how current the material is. Many of our archived courses will have replacements or swaps that are close equivalents as we reduce course redundancies.
