When I check a client off for attending a training it continues to show as if they did not attend the training.
Cherice - I was having the same problem until I figured out I had to enter the client (learner) in a session and mark them complete from there. I am assuming the training was created as an event. Once you go to the module, click on the student icon then you can create a session to mark them complete. You will have to enroll each learner into the session, you can choose the date to mark complete after you enroll them. You can enroll individual or sort and choose a group. In an effort to keep the list short I create sessions by month if I only have a few learners at a time.
